0-3000 Sq. Ft.: $125
3000-5000 Sq. Ft.: $175
5000 Sq. Ft. & up: $225
Additional charges may apply to homes outside the Portland Metro Area (click thumbnail to enlarge the map)
Residential Real Estate Pricing includes...

20 professional grade images of the interior & exterior of the property (regardless of the square footage of the home). Priority focus is always given to the areas of the property that you consider it's best selling points.

All photos are shared, and ready to post (640x480 dpi) to RMLS.com. Full resolution images also available, if needed, for printed marketing.

Images will be provided to you in a simple, one-click download link (vis e-mail) within 24 hours of your photo session. We will also provide all images on a disc. This disc makes for a really nice addition to include as part of your "Thank You" to the buyer, or seller.
